Where is the sound?

I too, am unable to get any sound from this app. Unless I can be told what Im doing wrong here and can thus produce sound from this app, Im forced to give it a zero rating. The support page did not help at all.

(edit) Alright, I have learned why I could not hear the music. (your phone cannot be on silent mode.) And now I am much more satisfied.
